Sorry for the delay I've had this pistol now for about a week, but it's been a busy week. I don't know how many people out there have tried to put in a roll/spray in style bed liner themselves but I'm glad it's done now. Anyhow back to the pistol. Nick had a 92FS for sale and with my schedule of being out of the country and bouncing from state to state, we never could get together. Well he mailed the 92 to the local shop I like to deal with and I picked it up on my way back from Cincinnati. The gun looks new and shoots great, I couldn't be happier. Thanks again to Nick for the deal on it. Sad thing is the wife loves to shoot it and wants it for herself, but unfortunantly for her it was promised to my dad since my younger sister just laid claim to his Ruger P89, so he is need of a replacement 9mm. I'll be getting her a Sig or Glock for Christmas though, she just has to decide which one she likes better. Here's the 92:

Nice buy! I remember when he put that up for sale. I'm glad it went to someone on the board. That is a great replacement for the P89. I have a P85 in the safe that would love to be replace by anything, let alone a FS.

I've been on Nick ever since he put it on here, only thing was I was literally leaving the country a few days after he posted. You know how that goes though Room. Needless to say my wife still isn't too happy with the week in total, I sent the money to Nick and then about 4 days later I was in Cincy and found my Blackhawk .30 cal and well I had to buy that too, as well as a handful of parts for my AK. Good week for me, just had to deal with the wife's crap.

Are those accurate shooters? My next pistol will probably be a metal frame one. I've had several polymor frame autos I would just like something a little different in the future. Top Shot kinda turned me on to'em.

They are as accurate as a pistol can be. My wife can put all 15 rounds in a 3 inch circle at 7 meters. With my job in the Army I put my wife through some of the drills that I've had pounded in my head and she's damn accurate with it, granted I'm better but I shoot more and I use an M9 at work and a 92FS isn't any different other than the brigadier(sp?) slide. I still like a 1911 more, I don't have one yet since I'm wanting a Match Caspian Race Ready Recon frame with a hand fitted slide ($900) then the hand fitted Barsto Match Barrel ($350+) and then the STI, Ed Brown, Wilson guts putting the whole thing around $2200 when complete, so it will come after this next deployment hopefully, if not the next re-enlistment.
