So I was asked by a guy that I work with if I could do a Multi-cam job his gun. Well I thought I was doing 1 gun and it turns out he brings over an AR-15, Rem 700 and a Glock 17. I already greed to do the job and had already given him a price. Since I had to get all the paints...that was $135, and a pattern...$15 (which I don't care for so I'm making my own). Anyhow I've started with the Glock, it's small and can be done relatively quickly in comparison. So here's a picture run down.
This is the three weapons and all the accessories that are expected to come with an AR-15.

This is the Glock 17 with a base coat of Coyote Brown.

The Glock with a fade of Desert Mirage Tan and Magpul Flat Dark Earth with the Coyote Brown under it.

This is the masking off of the tri-color. The white is the pre-made patterns that I don't care for and the blue is what I made.

These are after another base of Coyote Brown with the Desert Mirage Tan and Magpul Flat Dark Earth. This is the end result.

The green fades are next, need to make more masks and at about 2 hours a layer it'll be later that I get to that. More pictures to follow. I hope you enjoy these I know that I am enjoying the hell out of creating this.
