Nice grab on a Roland by the way. I think I got an email somewhere but I lost it... happens sometimes. The software can be a pain. Many use Corel, I prefer illustrator myself (save as older formats when it gives you the option to encourage easier imports). Photoshop generally speaking is a no-go even with it's vector formats like EPS and when it's pure vector. Learned that one the hard way
lol. I just wrapped up a side project with
ACU. First time I've used the small pattern stuff - which I sent you guys. I have to say, I don't like it. 12" is too small for that stuff especially when used with HVLP. Another one I did @15" was perfect. Cutting 24" rolls now so can go larger but
imo 15" sized of our pattern is the ideal candidate, even if it does waste some space.
Might do part of a vehicle sometime in the future in digital.... guy is crazy. Whole Jeep top. I don't think I really want to though....
