NFA section of subguns, that's about the best market indicator. I'd expect you could get a
RDIAS for between $8,500 - $12,000.
As for best receiver, I'm not sure but I've never heard of needing a low cut shelf before. Seems like a few
RDIAS users tend towards spikes tactical, mostly because of the already-engraved selector markings I'm sure.
HunterCO may be able to offer more advice, he's not around too often though. Getting a receiver right now may prove about as difficult as getting the
RDIAS itself, every
mfg is back ordered for the most part, by months now.
