Where Can I Find 5.56 Ak Parts?

It's actually a SAR-3.I have looked everywhere online and searched hours on end.I still can't locate mags and other parts.Parts for this caliber is virtually none existent.

On something like that it's tough once the importers stop importing....One of the tricks I use is hitting all the Gun and Pawn shops knowing exactly what the Mag looks like - Then hunt thru the bin/boxes where they throw the "AK" mags and hope I get lucky, Never let on that it's something special - Just recently I found a Brand new Chinese Mag for my Norinco in a Bin of Europeans marked $15 Bucks!!!

Also try www.Gunbroker.com and www.AuctionArms.com .......I may have seen some there.

BTW : I just checked both sites,A seller named "DeerSlayer" has 30rd waffle mags for"Buy Now" $27 Bucks.....I'm sure he'll sell as many as you want and combine shipping.....Just search "Sar 3" and go thru the listings.

Also check the trade forums on http://www.theakforum.net, you will have to register first but they deal pretty much exclusively with AK parts, mags & rifles, finding .223 magazines on there shouldn't be a serious problem, and you might even get a decent deal out of it

Gunbroker is another good alternative. I haven't checked myself but the standard midway, brownells, egunparts etc might be worth checking into, supply has been improving in the last 1-2 months.

Pro-mag seems to be the only thing that has a good supply.I don't know if they are any good or not though.I was lucky enough to find a german weiger mag a couple weeks ago.I only bought one though.I keep seeing them on gunbroker but I don't have a account and I've never bought of a auction site so I'm not sure how that works.If I can sell my shotgun I will have most of my money to buy my AK-74 folder.Then I can find mags and such.

I found some Romy's $35.00 each ouch.I ordered two we will see if the order goes through or if they come back out of stock.If all is good i will get more later.Wish me luck.

I found out SAR-3 parts do not exist.The only way to get parts is to buy a whole rifle.bummer. I don't need any parts specifically, i was just looking for general parts. I do have a source for mags since this was originally posted.
