I have a few dissipator models. As long as you're referring to the rifle length gas system on a carbine barrel. Otherwise, if you're referring to the Bushmaster model, then the answer would be no.

I have a barrel that I will be building and basing another build off off. It looks like a dissy. I would like to know or see some nice looking and functional handguards and FF tubes on somedissys.

The barrel didn't cost much so I got it. It was a 20" national match heavy 1in 8 twist non chrome lined and the front sight base is a clamp on type. I would like to see some pics of dissys with non standard handguards. I dont think I will go with standard handguards.

The barrel was damaged on the end so I already had it taken down to about17" (long enough to get the damaged part off) with a 1/2X28TPI thread from a great barrel smith. I have already shot rounds for testing and it works great. Just want to see some handguard options. there are many as we all know. Not sure where to get some pics.

This is a "dissapator" type rifle. It has a full rifle length handguard with a 16 barrel. Add another 1.5 inches with the Bennie Colley on the end of it.

Sorry Bishop, didnt know you would be so bent out of shape. The barrel used to have a perm-muzzle break on it and some guy though he could just take a saw to it to shorten it.

Sorry guys, long tooo short, I have this barrel 17" and am not sure of what build I should go with. .223 is great for many reasons. I just wanted to see ALL of the like.
