it works O.K. nothing special. i've had a
cmmg for over a year now. it doesnt work anymore. back plate broke off so i welded it on, worked ok for a while, now it just doesnt work period. i also had the problem were the .22 round was burning up my
dpms chrome lined barrel. made horrible scares on the inside that were extremely noticable, i sent my gun back to
dpms and they gave me a new barrel no questions asked, but still, i dont think the .22 kit is worth it. get a dedicated barrel, and a dedicated .22 bolt.
i have 3
cmmg mags i'd be willing to sell either way you went. or if you want a dedicated upper, $350.
