I posted awhile ago that i took my ccw test. Well I finally got off my but and finished the paperwork part of it. After spending a torturing 2 1/2 hours at the dmw I finally have my CCW permit.

My current holster wasn't doing a very good job of hiding my G23. So I searched and serched for the right holster for me. I liked the design of the Comp-Tac MTAC holster but it was out of my price range. So I kept searching and I found the DeSantis Intruder holster. I bought it instead of the MTAC and I love it. I also saved about $30.00.

I'm about 180lbs and about 5'6' so concealing my blocky G23 wasn't easy for me. This holster has no problem concealing my G23. No tricks,extra shirts or tucking required. I can hide my G23 wearing nothing but my thin polyester work shirt or a t-shirt untucked. I wore it around my wife and my brother and neither noticed I was carrying. So it's doing it's job.

So anyone looking for a good conceal carry holster I highly recommend it.

Congrats on the CCW. Had mine for about a year now and I've gotten so used to carrying that it feels really weird if I don't have my piece on me.

Had mine now for a couple of years. I had to wait until they changed some of the parts of the law in Oh. before I would get it.

Somehow the "plastic" holsters always look best with the Glocks. That rig looks great....I have had my CCW for about 8 years and I too feel naked without my iron on. Don't worry that paranoid feeling that everyone knows you got a gun, it passes.
