for 5 to 7, unless you've got some REALLY specific licensing. <-- NOT SO.
In mass, the old way was Target or Carry. We now have Class A and Class B. A= large capacity and loaded carry, B= low capacity and unloaded carry. Even though this state is Communist, you can still get Carry. For a while we had "All Lawful Purposes". Anyway, nobody does real time for gun possession here in mass. It's a liberal state, they don't like to actually punish people. That is why crime is so damned high in liberal states, no one is held accountable. The darker the complexion, less punishment.

Max, you're right about their families suing you after the fact, scum comes from scum. The bigger threat is the scumbag friends and relatives of the shiitebag you shoot will come after you once your identity and address is made public in court, and it will. The police will usually confiscate all weapons you own during the "investigation". There's an old saying about eggs and baskets. It's a good idea to keep a couple of your eggs in the baskets of some friends and relatives you trust for just such an occasion.
