Wow, that 4X4 on the right is a great buck!

Sorry, I guess you would call it an 8 point back there. Here we count each side separately. The other buck is a nice one too. I am sure your friends are happy with this years harvest.

Yeah we would call that one an 8 pointer. I am a huge fan of symetrical deer like that one. Don't get me wrong, if I saw one coming at me that looked like it had a bush on it's head I would shoot it. But always been a fan of big 8 to 12 point deer. They figure that one will go close to 160". A real trophy in my book. Hard to get that many inches of antler with that many tines.

I am really hopefull for this weekend. We got over a foot of snow last nite. wind is blowing close to 40 mph. First time in 9 years I was unable to get to work. All the wooly fence rows they like to hide in should be blown full of snow so they will have to head for the timber to get some cover. Should make for an awesome year. Will post up later next week when we get done.
