Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way so you understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic . Someone over there has it figured out.

That quote has been floating around for multiple presidencies and has been quoted by as many 'unknown' authors. It's an [insert president here] type quote. That being said, it fits, doesn't it?
