That is a good article. Land owning is not what it used to be. Your taxes is just rent money. You have to ask to do anything on your property or get a permit. It is pretty sad. Hey, even to build costs a fortune for permits or a well or septic. Heck you can easily spend $38 to $45K for septic now. I was down visiting a friend who is a retired builder in Naples Fla. and he told me permits just to build ANY size home there now costs $30,000.i
