OK
, I know I'm not the person in the world with Bi-focals. If I look through the bottoms the sights are clear but can't see the target, and of course the opposite is true if I look through the tops. How do ya'll do this?? Do I need special glasses or what???

I can only speak for me, but I have to shoot with optics. It's just easier for me any more. You know the old saying, "If I had know that I would live this long, I would have taken better care of myself."

Does your scope have an adjustable ocular lens? If you are talking about a holographic site, that is another story. Most two plane scopes have an adjustable ocular lens (front plane) for this purpose.

Room is right my old man can't shoot peep sights anymore for the same reason.  He uses reading glasses and they are the best option for him.(still not great) Optics get tricky since an incorrect prescription can making adjusting the scope to you very difficult.
