I just noticed this forum... sorry I've been missing out on it.
I'm really glad now that I think about it. Losing all of my firearms in that boating accident last year has left me lost and alone when my other friends are shooting. But now that I have discovered Airsofting as well I'm feeling much better about things. Now I can pretend that I have an AR-15 and no one can get hurt by my shooting. I make everyone in my house wear eye protection every time I pull it out so that no one loses an eye in case of an accidental discharge. I would hate for the Demoncrats to take that away from me too.
I am fully loading up on Airsoft gear. I'm ordering Knee and Elbow pads, full tactical vest to hold my 400 round magazines, a wannabe kevlar helmet, and plenty of lights and lasers to do full running assaults on my cat and my dog. Don't worry, my animals have eye protection on during assault drills.
Safety is important so we have to make sure that everyone is protected. I've ordered my daughter all the same gear as well. I'm going start my daughter on airsofting just as soon as she realizes that she isn't supposed to smash the TV with her airsoft rifle.
