Hell it's so bad that I'm trying to buy the house next door at court auction this month that finally foreclosed - Nastiest bunch of illegals you'll ever see have been living there since last year for free and not paying their mortgage, All the while trashing it - May try cleaning it up and turning it into rent income.

These "people" seem to show no signs of moving, So figure if I don't do something they'll still be there till a new owner gets around to putting them out, Or I'll just have more of the same/worse....If I get it, Clean it up and make it a renter I'll have more control over "Who" my neighbor is - Don't have "ALL" the details figured out yet, But I could probably make a Background check, Deposit and rent pretty tough for the wrong person(s).

Bad neighbors are like a broken weapon...they aren't good for anything and you can't shoot either! For citizenship verication, I think you should check their voter ID card. If they aren't registered, they aren't worth renting to, because they don't give a shit about our nation in turmoil. If they vote demoncrap, don't rent to them for obvious reasons. The "lesser" of the evils is to have "Republican" on the card, but these days, that isn't saying much either. Hell, just ask for a birth certificate. Oh wait, nope...that won't work either. Our president doesn't seem to have one on record to verify he isn't Kenyan. Oh I know, ask for a paystub. That's the ticket! If they work and aren't on the gubment tit, they should be good rental prospects.

Background checks are the way MOST landlords go these days to protect their investment, If you've got a seedy rap sheet and your credits in the crapper, Plus you've screwed someone else outta rent or left a mess - You ain't getting in......I think it's common practice to hand them a form to fill out and charge them a small fee for it, All I need really is a DL or ID and can research them online, There's also services for this.

Bottom line you hand a Scumbag or Illegal a Background check to fill out and they usually don't come back !!!
