The whole thing I found out about the entire experience: you've got to let go of your jaded take on the entire thing. Put yourself in the humans' shoes and just let it take you away. Myself, I enjoyed the whole movie from beginning to end. I saw the last three and I understood, despite Schwarzenneger and Glover, even notwithstanding the female in AVP or the washed out hero in Reqiuem, this time, it was about raw power and terror. In the past, the storyline was about Alien v. Predator with humans being caught up in something they couldn't control. This time around, we threw our best against their best, and let's face it guys, we wish we had firepower like that! I don't give a damn about how the light played against the shadow or how the story didn't continue. Shit, it wasn't supposed to! The Hunters hunted and the best of what we had were no match for them. In AVP, these guys went up against Aliens with acid for blood. In Aliens, Concrete Jungle, Danny Glover saw skulls of the Tyrannosaur along with a queen alien mounted on the ship's wall. It was just a matter of time before we were next. I love the wildlife scene, but I'm giving a little too much away. I'm going back this weekend to ride the roller-coaster again.
