It seems they are out drumming up financing in the UAE, Qatar, and a few other typically Western-friendly Middle Eastern countries. I would assume that receiving financing support from US friendly money would help them legitimize the plans in the eyes of the American peoples. This is going to get ugly, not that it hasn't started down that road already. The French are realizing their worst nightmare in Africa right now. Years of political correctness and invitation to the Muslim community to immigrate into France is torching up in their faces overseas in Colonial France. Colonial Africa is now a hot bed for Muslim Jihadist cultivation, much like Northern Africa was decades ago. Black terrorists are much more difficult to profile than Middle Eastern counterparts because of their ability to assimilate easier. It may be a decade or more before the
PC American left realizes their greatest mistake - naivety mixed with stupidity.
