Conversion Kits

Anybody out there seen any of the conversion kits for the Sig P250? I have a compact 9mm that I would like to covert to .40 S&W, but I have not seen the kits become available yet...

Yes, at a gun show locally, at the Sig table. The rep showed me how this can be change from 9mm to 40 or 45 just replacing some internal parts easily. Pretty interesting gun. But I don't have the fund to get one yet. Since I already have a P229 in 40 and P226 in 9mm, don't really need another one.

Need is relative my friend... Thanks for the info. I added my P250 to my battery as a means to add variety without too much additional cost. I really like the grip angle and the smooth DAO trigger.

For what it's worth, I don't "need" the P250 either, as I have several Sig pistols in .22 LR, 9mm and .45. (the .40 S&W conversion would cover that niche)

I will keep my eye out for this conversion kit and keep my hopes up...

I have seen several of those conversions around tac, everyone says the way to buy the 250 is in the 2sum package but if you want more that one caliber that isn't available. They only sell in the one caliber...I saw a couple of the 9mm pistols for sale on gunbroker, with the conversion kit for .40 included, but you don't need a new pistol...I know you can buy direct from sig on those, they are $375, I will post the link below. DTKW the sig website says you can only convert to .45 IF you start with the .45 grip frame as there are differences in the frame size due to the size of the mags etc.
