Not often I get to go bird hunting 3 days in a row. Friday group of 4 of us went out and shot our limits in about 3 hours. As you all know we did real good yesterday as well. Today got to go out with two of my normal shooting buddies. We had to work for them a little harder today. Mostly because none of us could hit the broad side of a barn. The dogs were even starting to give us that look. Seemed like every few steps we had a dog on point. Take turns walking in on it and up comes a bird. Everyone yelling ROOSTER. Its awesome. Unless you miss. I take that back it is still awesome hit or miss. Really gets your blood going. It is one of the most beautiful things in the world to see a rooster flush into the wind. Well we managed to get it together and get our limit. Had a wonderful holiday weekend. Hope you all did the same.
