hey guys how are yall doing its been awhile since i last made some posts i dont have the internet at my house no more :( but on a good note i just picked up a new xd 9mm i wanted a .40cal but they didnt have it and i had already told my self i was leaving that store with an xd so i settled for the 9 and it works out any way because iam not real good with pistols so i need allot of work shooting them but had lots of fun shooting it today even with some one fairly new to shooting pistols i could still manage to hit my little metal targets i bought at 25 to 30 yards not often but it was lots of fun love the gun only bad thing i didnt like about it is the clip has side to side play when its in the gun and it rattles but other then that i really wanna shoot a glock and compare the two

Nothing wrong with a nine. If your fairly new to pistols it's really easier to learn with anyway. A little less recoil depending on the overall size and a little cheaper to shoot which means more trigger time. I've been picking up 50 rounds 9MM Winchester NATO for 13.99 at Academy which is the same price as the cheap stuff at Walmart. What size is it?

its the service size just a little bigger then the sub compact it has a 3.5inch barrel

You actually have a 4 inch barrel with the Service Model. The Sub Compact has a 3 inch barrel. SA doesn't offer a model in 3.5 inch. There is also a 5 inch version available as well. The XD9M is available in 4.5 and 3.8 inch.

I really liked the XD. I switched out my CCW from Para to my XD from time to time. My XD was in 40 and was also the service model. What a great pistol. Although, I never had any problems with the magazines when they were installed.

nice pick up im jealous. my local walmart has federal 9mm for 9.47 a box and they always seem to have pleanty of ammo when i go there.

heres a couple pics hope yall like them i have already got about 300 rounds of ammo threw the xd i love it prolly when the sun starts to go down ill put the rest of the 200 i have left threw it so far i have shot steel and brass caseings and no problems only thing i dont like is when i have the clip in the gun i can shake the gun and i can here the clip knocking in side but i guess i can get over that

thats weird both xds ive owned the mag fit just fine. lose enough to drop out and tight enough to not rattle.
