A.F.N. reserves the right to prosecute serious offenders.
A.F.N. uses custom copyrighted software, infringement WILL BE PROSECUTED.
You may not use these services for anything illegal.

Members:

You agree to provide us with a valid email address that you have access to.
You understand that A.F.N. may elect to charge a fee for access to certain features of the site.

Payment:

You agree to complete payment if you submit any transaction to A.F.N.
If you pay for something that is unavailable, we will refund the payment amount.
If pre-approval for payment is canceled before it is settled, it may result in funds being temporarily unavailable.
You will only make payment with a source you have own or have access to, and permission to use.
You understand that we can cancel, reverse, delay or limit payment for a variety of reasons.
Making payment for intangible goods (virtual) does not give you ownership of those goods, only access.
We can cooperate and share information with multiple sources if we need to participate in investigations or limit fraud
You agree to be responsible for chargebacks, reversals, claims, and other expenses related to failure of your payment.
You understand that we are not responsible for any payment made to any other business or person besides A.F.N. directly.
We may change payment terms at any time, please review before making any future payments.

Advertiser:

You agree to set a monthly budget, and be responsible for paying any amount up to and including that monthly budget.
You understand that we may elect to charge a deposit for a variety of reasons.
You agree to pay the amount owed at the end of a billing cycle, billed for each "click" of your advertisements.
By applying as an advertiser, we may gather additional information to determine your eligibility
We are not responsible for goods or services from our advertisers.
Selecting a position, and becoming the highest bidder for that position, does not give you sole display in that position.

We Guarantee:

We do not buy, sell or trade any user data, for any reason
All contacts are automated through A.F.N., email addresses and other contact data is kept private
All contacts are opt in, you will not receive non-essential emails unless desired
All site features necessary to access content will never have any fees associated and all users will have access.
